Car ferries leave Piombino Marittima almost hourly for Portoferraio in the summer season. There are also daily ferries to Cavo and Rio Marina.
The main shipping companies are Toremar, Blu Navy and Moby Lines. The crossing from Piombino to Portoferraio takes one hour.
A hydrofoil service (no cars) takes 40 minutes.
We remind you that the closest harbour to our campsite is Rio Marina (11 km away), Cavo is 18 km away, while Portoferraio is 15 km away, but this is where more ferries cross over every day.
